If this technology is the answer to so many issues and would mean so much to so many, why not simply release it now?
We’ve taken great care to find a way forward with our technology that will ensure its delivery into the hands of ordinary people. Why? Because it is about much more than alternative energy, it’s about capital formation and job creation.
The Hy-Point represents both the way out and the way in. What does that mean? Our technologies are the way out of dependency on fossil fuels. How is this so? Because the energy source is free, the method of production is virtually cost neutral, and distribution will be controlled by LAEG licensees. The beginning of a new energy economy paradigm. That is to say that instead of never being able to produce the energy we need to consume, we will rather never be able to consume what we will be able to produce.
Therefore, our innovation needs to be protected and launched carefully so that it’s not tied up in patent disputes or otherwise suppressed, which means we require broad-based means of initial deployment. We also need to find ways to work with current industry infrastructure to manage the migration to LAEG technology.
Why is the Hy-Point the way in? As stated above, this energy innovation is coupled with a plan to bring more individuals into the economy as consumer-producers of energy and water. This “start-up” economic plan will enable people to provide for their own energy and water needs while participating in a larger initiative to energize and invigorate the economy. The plan is elegant in its simplicity. We (licensees) generate the energy and water we need, and purchase it from ourselves at a fixed, fair price.

Time is of the essence, and as we have eliminated the need for planning, regulatory approvals and restrictions, tax credits or government subsidies, there is nothing stopping us now but the will to move forward. Our nation, and ultimately the rest of the world, can be free of all environmental destructiveness and energy uncertainty.
