On an hourly basis, we are dumping the heat equivalent of several volcanic eruptions in hot gases into the atmosphere from hundreds of thousands of smoke stacks.  In addition, we are dumping high temperature heat into 70 trillion gallons of water from power plant use annually. 

In contrast, LiquidAir Energy fuel production uses no heat.

In his book “Collapse,” Jared Diamond shows a picture of the Earth's industrialized nations all lighted up and aglow at night to emphasize the colossal 'creature comfort' energy waste practiced and expanded on a daily basis.

While agreeing with him about fossil fuel waste from extravagant use, we are shocked that he does not see the true waste: 80% of the world, 5.2 billion people, in the dark of his picture never to see their potential or the wealth and riches of Earth's resources, relegated to a life of helplessness and despair by 20% of the world's population using energy with a criminal 80% inefficiency. 

This is the real dehumanizing, degenerative waste.
